Western Ring Road, Keilor East Cameras Re-activated

Infringements withdrawn from EastLink

Victoria Police has withdrawn 717 infringements issued from the camera in lane 2 at the Wellington Road Bridge, northbound, on EastLink from 13 July to 14 August 2011, after it was found the camera remained activated during a testing process.

The statistics pages on the Cameras Save Lives website have recently been updated to include the July to September quarter for 2011 for all categories of data. Also included is a new data set which shows the infringement numbers per speed category offence for the main highway camera systems in Victoria.
